It was near to the coach and rail station(within walking distance)the hotel was convenient to bus services to shops and scenery.The staff at reception were able to speak in English which we found to be helpful as we speak very little French.The spa was very relaxing after sightseeing and walking.

The gym was closed for renovations without notice, and valet seemed disorganized upon arrival - waited for too long and had to take own initiative.

I liked the cleanliness of the beds and that it was quiet, making it easy to sleep. Also, the breakfast experience was nice, good and attentive service, food good, ambiance (booths) and lots of light in the resto good. Also having WI FI enjoyed and that it was easy to log on. Rooms were functional with desk, table to write or put laptop. also liked concierge and front desk service, felt well served, e.g., taxis that were called came quickly.

Would have liked room to be more modern with a small fridge and larger bathroom. Also would have preferred renovated and modernized room; felt like although clean that the room was older. That took away a bit of the experience and brought a potential excellent rating to simply "good." Also would have preferred location closer to main hub of the city. All in all though was comfortable.

parking fee is extra, no microwave or small fridge or no kitchinette in the room, microwave is available to rent which is another extra expense.

It is a 4 star hotel but you have to paye 15 dollar for a fridge in the room. 20 dollar plus taxe for parking. 15 dollar for breakfast. Adding all up and the room fair ... we could have a much better Hotel and better location !!!!! When we choose the rate fridge and parking were not mentioned. Also an old tv and very poor, slow elevators that was used by Service staff !!!
